Shipping Methods All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, with the following services: UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 International Shipping: Standard Royal Mail international service Shipping is tracked and traceable, but I do not require a signature for delivery, for customer convenience. 2. Shipping Costs Shipping cost is based on weight and destination. I currently offer free shipping for all UK orders. International shipping fees vary depending on the destination. All shipping costs are displayed at checkout. 3. Order Processing & Dispatch Times I personally craft, pack, and dispatch all orders, so processing times may vary. I aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 business days of receiving payment, but some items may take longer depending on complexity. I will try my best to make shipments on time, but delays may occur due to Royal Mail services, weather, or external factors outside my control. 4. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date): UK Orders: Royal Mail 24: 1–2 business days Royal Mail 48: 2–3 business days International Orders: Standard international: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing) Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 5. Lost or Stolen Parcels Once a parcel is marked Delivered by Royal Mail, it is considered delivered. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered parcels after this point. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. 6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders) International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees.
