Alkanamyer / Edinburgh / logic is emotion

Alkanamyer

Logic is emotion. Leather goods and silver jewellery ordered through structure, form, and material honesty.

Backstory fragment

Alkanamyer treats objects as clear constructions. Brutalism, void, light, and structure meet in a measured system where feeling is held by form.

[01]

Void gives form.

[02]

Light reveals texture.

[03]

Logic holds emotion.

[03] System Notes

A calmer field of rails, spacing, and imagery lets the structure speak first.

The interface stays systematic and direct: long spans, clear groupings, and quiet commerce details around the objects.

Single-sided rules

Most groupings are anchored by one vertical rule. Containers are avoided unless a real system boundary needs to be explicit.

Nested note rails

Product pages keep a main rail and quieter inner rails so narrative, shipping, and object data stay ordered.

Long architectural spans

Lines are allowed to travel through whitespace so the page reads as a measured sequence.

Commerce clarity

The atmosphere stays in pacing and copy; purchase controls remain direct and visible.

Making a new box bag

A bag that is industrial, clean, brutalist and low profile. Nothing fancy, an everyday bag to carry around.
